Your website is linked to a Guardian Unlimited article first published on 12 December 2001 regarding Mark Day entitled “Case for the Defence” by Bob Wolfinden [sic].

On behalf of our client, we brought a complaint against the Guardian regarding this article which was settled in July 2003 by, inter alia, the publication of an apology, an undertaking not to repeat (in any media), payment of substantial damages and costs. It was therefore a great disappointment to our client to be alerted to the fact that this article is still available to the public on your website.

Please, by return, confirm that you will immediately cease from publication of the same and will not republish in the future in any media.
