| Malcolm Kennedy was arrested for being drunk in 1990 and put in a cell in Hammersmith Police Station, West London. Patrick Quinn was later put in the same cell. He tried to intervene in a fight between police officers and Quinn, but was knocked out. When he came to, he found Quinn was dead. Malcolm was charged and convicted of murder. After two appeals, Malcolm remains convicted of manslaughter. This is a very disturbing case, and Malcolm continues to work to clear his name. Please read about the case on the web: |
